About
MY BACKGROUND
As a passionate Mechanical Engineer with a focus on Motorsport and Automotive Engineering, I thrive on blending technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving. With a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (Motorsport concentration) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's in Automotive Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, I’ve gained a robust understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, suspension geometry, and both electric and internal combustion engine technology.
At UNCC's 49ers Racing Formula SAE team, I lead the design and implementation of the Dymola model for our race car, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize vehicle performance. I have significant experience in developing and validating suspension geometry, real-world testing, and CAD design with tools like SolidWorks. My academic and project work includes designing programmable ECU systems, running dynamometer tests, and evaluating the performance of engines under various conditions.
Beyond motorsports, my experience extends to IT infrastructure support and e-mobility innovation, having worked as an IT-Services Trainee at the American Academy of Berlin and an intern at GETEC Mobility Solution, where I contributed to charger technology initiatives.
Fluent in both English and German, I bring a global perspective to engineering challenges, with a constant focus on learning and applying the latest technologies in vehicle design and testing. I am eager to continue pushing the boundaries of automotive and motorsport engineering, with a strong interest in product development and motorsports programs.
